How long does mediation take and how much does it cost?

The mediation sessions usually take between 3 and 15 hours.

Couples come to agreement about issues such as child custody, support, and property division. Once the couple has settled all the issues our legal division then prepares a written agreement of all the terms the couple has agreed upon.

Our legal division can then prepare all the legal papers and complete the legal divorce, or the clients can take the agreement to their own attorneys for an independent review and/or for the divorce itself.
